Wasted voice
The visual effects were amazing, the incredibly engineered stage lifts were impressive, the stage layout was perfect and well utilized. Unfortunately, everything went so wrong with this show except the sound. Please make whatever adjustments are needed to give the crowd their money’s worth. I know that The Fray has one of the worst voices in the entertainment business and it was disappointing not to be able to hear that quality or understand the lyrics to their hit songs. The bass tones were so low that they drowned out much of the overall sound resulting in a clear, high pitched noise. The sound quality was the best I have ever heard at a concert on this level. Please get a new sound person, equipment or understand that the show was a success.
